This technique is infamous for its potential of significant risks – particularly wound healing problems and bad scarring. Why? Because when harnessed, the breasts are far too commonly overly-augmented resulting in not only an obvious operated look but also an increased risk of wound healing problems as well as rippling and “bottoming-out” (dropping too low on the chest).

Our guiding aesthetic philosophy of the “3 bears” of surgery is always honoured – augmenting not too large and not too small – but rather “just right”. And in so doing, not only do the breasts look reliably natural but they heal faster with greater safety. And an additional principle of ours includes successfully avoiding the placement of the implant under the chest muscle to entirely eliminate the problem of the “double bubble” (persistent muscle and skin tightness at the lower breast crease) as well as the all too common problem of “animation deformity” (undesirable movement of the breast implants upon movement of the arms).
