Forehead/Brow Lift
The Pinch Brow Lift
The Traditional Approach
The seemingly less invasive endoscopic approach can result in patches of hair loss at the sites of the scope and inconsistent results with either over or undercorrection.
The Difference: The Pinch Brow Lift Approach
As much as I am very slow to invoke the browlift simply because most of the time major correction of the periorbital area can be improved with the far simpler, more hidden upper eyelid excision of skin (upper blepharoplasty). And on account of the very real downsides of the endoscopic approach, I prefer to conduct a hidden hairlines incision to allow for a “pinch” of skin to be deliberately removed to create a more reliable, exacting browlift.
