By either the open approach, where an incision is made under the nose or by an aggressive closed surgery – it is possible to simply over correct and over operate and as a result create a “done” or distorted appearance

As much as aggressive surgery can result in reasonable results, my mantra remains to abide by strategies that ensure the most natural and predictable outcomes as possible – and that in turn, avoiding the often inevitable rhinoplasty “revisions”.
